Shipping times vary by destination and courier. Once dispatched, you receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are unable to redirect or resend orders once shipped.

We currently ship within Indonesia only.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and an unedited unboxing video. Each case is reviewed individually.
